Traditional Diagnosis
First appointment with Kate - the 'Traditional Diagnosis' (TD) takes 1 ½ - 2 hours, and includes a consultation plus Aggressive Energy (AE) clearing treatment. Aggressive Energy (AE) is stuff the body has held on to (during times of stress/trauma) that may be preventing healing /recovery from taking place. AE can take 20 - 45+ minutes to clear. Sometimes a different type of treatment is needed before AE. This is called ‘Releasing the Internal/External Dragons. Contact Kate for more information.
Bespoke Ongoing Treatment
After the first TD appointment, ongoing appointments are 45 - 60 minutes, and include a short consultation followed by individualized treatment. In addition to acupuncture needles, treatment may include moxibustion, cupping & gua sha. Ear seeds can also be added. These are private one-on-one sessions.
Community Acupuncture
Acupuncture in group setting (3 max.)
Every Tuesday 6 - 9 pm

If you come for a Traditional Consultation ('first appointment with Kate') it may be possible to continue treatment in the more budget friendly community setting, depending on what is needed.
