Acupuncture is a wonderfully effective system of medicine that is thousands of years old. We undergo rigorous training, and must be fully licenced in order to practice. Look for LAc after a practitioner's name.

Kate Mansfield has a Masters in 5 Element Acupuncture and is licensed to practice in New York State. 
Health Insurance & Acupuncture

We can bill on your behalf or give you an attending practitioners report with all the information to make a claim yourself.  We do ask for payment upfront, but will reimburse you on receipt of payment from your insurance company.

Insurance claims are charged at regular prices and must be paid upfront.
