We can bill on your behalf or give you an attending practitioners report with all the information to make a claim yourself. We do ask for payment upfront, but will reimburse you on receipt of payment from your insurance company.

Cost
Free 15 minute consultation - in-person at Relax (Fridays) or by phone First appointment : $255 - consultation + initial acupuncture treatment - 90 min. Acupuncture treatments : $150 - subsequent appointments - 45 min. Rates are negotiable depending on financial circumstances. |
