More than 24 hours notice
We understand that sometimes life happens and you are unable to make your appointment. Whenever possible please give us at least 24 hours notice that you cannot come. Less than 24 hours notice West Village If you rebook at the time of cancellation at the West Village clinic we do not charge a cancellation fee. However, please be mindful of doing this too often. Last minute cancellations prevent someone else from getting a treatment. Union Square All late cancellations at the Union Square clinic are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. |
