Cancellation & No Show Policy

More than 24 hours notice
We understand that sometimes life happens and you are unable to make your appointment. Whenever possible please give us at least 24 hours notice that you cannot come.

Less than 24 hours notice
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We do not like to do this, however new bookings less than 24 hours in advance are rare (and usually happen when fully booked!)
